Take Charge of Tomorrow Scholarship 2021

We want to help with paying for college, because once you graduate, we expect big things from go-getters like you. That’s why Jurewitz Law Group is offering a scholarship with a $1,000 reward to one San Diego student.

Eligibility:

Must be a US citizen or a premanent resident (DACA recipients are welcomed). Must also be a high school senior or a college student that's enrolled in a four-year univeristy/college or planning to transfer upon completion of a two-year facility. In addition, you are required to have earned or will earn your high school diploma this school year while maintaining a 3.0+ GPA.

Chairish Scholarship Program

Chairish is offering a scholarship designed to support students from diverse backgrounds and students who are majoring in design-related fields such as architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and engineering fields.

Eligibility:

Seniors pursuing major in design or engineering fields, 3.0 GPA, essay

Award:

$2,500

Scholarships360 No Essay Scholarship

The Scholarships360 “No Essay” Scholarship is open to all students. That means this scholarship is open to high school students, college students, community college students, transfers students, and graduate students.

I, Too, Am the Dream

The first ever I, Too, Am the Dream Contest seeks to engage high school seniors in describing dynamic stories that have propelled themselves and others to pursue and achieve their own American Dream.

Eligibility:

Must currently be in your senior year of high school

Kaplun Essay Contest

The Morris J. and Betty Kaplun Foundation sponsors an annual essay contest open to both junior high and high school students.” The Kaplun Essay Contest is offered annually to to encourage all students, no matter their religion, to reflect upon Judaism’s contribution to civilization and culture.

Eligibility:

Must be in junior high or high school

Award:

$1,800 for first place and $500 to each of the 5 finalists. The first 50 essays in each level would also receive an entrance prize of 18$.

ACS Scholars Program

ACS awards renewable scholarships to underrepresented minority students who want to enter the fields of chemistry or chemistry-related fields.African American, Hispanic, Pacific Islander (excluding Asian) or American Indian high school seniors or college freshman, sophomores, or juniors pursuing a college degree in the chemical sciences or chemical technology are eligible to apply.

Eligibility:

Must be a African-American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, or American Indian who owns status of US citizen or permanent resident. The applicant should be graduating high school seniors or college freshmen, sophomores or juniors (seniors can apply for their fifth year). The student should also intend to major in chemistry-related science AND planning to pursue a career in a chemistry-related science as well. In addition, you must be a full time student with high academic achievement in chemistry or science with GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Award:

Rewards up to 5000$ per academic year.

Get Up! Get Active! Active Life Scholarship to Tackle your Weakness

This scholarship encourages students to identify and take action to improve a weakness and begin to transform it into a strength.

Eligibility:

Current high school or college students age 15 years or older.

Award:

$1000

Horatio Alger Assoc. Scholarships

As one of the nation's largest need-based college scholarship programs in the country, the Horatio Alger Scholarship Programs specifically assist high school students who have faced and overcome great obstacles in their young lives.

Eligibility:

Must currently be a high school senior

Award:

$10,000-$25,000

Dell Scholars

A highly selective national scholarship program for high school seniors. Selected Dell Scholars receive a $20,000 scholarship to a university of their choice, a new laptop, textbook credits, and personalized college counseling.

Eligibility:

Must earn a minimum 2.4 GPA, participate in an approved college readiness program in 11-12th grade, demonstrate financial need, be on track to graduating high school, and plan to enroll in an institution of higher learning

$20,000

Equitable Excellence SM Scholarship

A program for seniors who demonstrate courage, strength and wisdom as shown by community impact through volunteer service. Over 1.8 million of scholarships given out each year.

Eligibility:

Be high school seniors planning to attend an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States. Be a United States citizen or legal resident living or claiming residency in one of the 50 U.S. states, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico.

Award:

Students have the opportunity to receive a $2,500, $10,000 or $25,000 scholarship. The high school of every Equitable Excellence winner would also receive $1,000.
